Shipping & Service Policy
At Imroza, our goal is to deliver your orders in a timely, secure, and transparent manner. We source products from trusted suppliers through the Markaz App and ensure each order is processed with care and responsibility. Below are the terms of our shipping and service policy.
1. Order Processing Time
- Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully received.
- Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.
- Supplier Coordination: As we work with external suppliers, any delays from their side may affect shipping time. We will keep you informed.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Estimated Delivery Time:
- Major Cities: 3–5 working days
- Remote Areas: 5–7 working days
- Courier Services: We partner with trusted local courier companies (e.g., TCS, M&P, Call Courier) for fast and reliable delivery.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via SMS or email once your order is dispatched.
- Delays: While we aim to deliver within the given timeframe, delays may occur due to weather, strikes, public holidays, or courier issues.
3. Shipping Charges
- Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a fixed delivery fee, shown at checkout.
- Free Shipping Offers: Occasionally, we may offer free shipping on promotional items or minimum order amounts.
- Additional Charges: Remote area charges or re-delivery attempts (due to wrong address or no response) may be billed to the customer.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD Available: Yes, COD is available on eligible items.
- Confirmation Required: For COD orders, we may call or message to confirm the order before dispatch.
- Refused Delivery: Customers who repeatedly refuse COD parcels may be blocked from future purchases.
5. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched.
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
- Refunds for canceled prepaid orders will be issued within 3–5 working days.
6. Undeliverable Orders
Your order may be marked as undeliverable if:
- The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
- The recipient is not available or does not respond.
- The parcel is refused by the customer.
In such cases, we will contact you to verify and attempt a redelivery. Repeated failed deliveries may result in a cancellation with deductions for shipping charges.
