  • Placing an order means you accept the product details and pricing as shown.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order due to unavailability, pricing errors, or fraud suspicion.

4. Payment & Pricing

  • Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept prepaid methods (bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.) and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible products.
  • Orders are only processed after payment confirmation (in case of prepaid).

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery times vary by city and product availability. Typical delivery takes 3–7 working days.
  • Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Free delivery may be offered during promotions.
  • Any delays due to courier issues, strikes, weather, or holidays are beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer refunds or replacements only in cases of:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product not as described
